中国翻墙2022

Welcome to Grub by Eating Niagara, a blog that combines my passion for food and farming in Niagara and beyond.

I’m Tiffany Mayer, a journalist, author and blogger with a serious passion for food, especially the stories about the people who feed us.

I launched the first incarnation of this site, Eating Niagara, in 2009. I focused strictly on the bounty my home, Niagara, has to offer. Over time,  I started exploring food and food culture beyond the Niagara Peninsula, and so Grub by Eating Niagara was born to include my stories from farther afield.

Grub by Eating Niagara takes readers around and beyond our region. This is where you'll find my recipes and experiences inspired by my work and travels, and on occasion guest posts by others exploring the world of food, too.
